Also, wonderful Distributed Proofreaders/Gutenberg people, I just noticed that there are some non-Canadian projects being uploaded into Open-Source Texts:

Not sure if they're going to get their own collection eventually, but looks like they're new, so you might want to consider adding those to your list to get into Gutenberg, if you don't know about them.

Very interesting. There are several content providers at DP who would be interested in uploading the images they scan to somewhere more permanent than the DP site (which only needs the images while the projects are being proofread). Would archive.org be interested in hosting these images?

I would think so, but I'm a geographically remote semi-volunteer and therefore clueless - if you mail info at archive dot org with a brief explanation, I'm sure someone in collections and texts will get back to you - it seems a shame to waste those images!

I particularly noted that Punch was being done at one point, and I love Punch, but would love to see the original pages, and I'm not even sure they're online anywhere :(
